Accounts & Authorization
- You register and sign in via third-party accounts such as GitHub. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Third-party permissions you grant us (such as GitHub repository access) are used solely to provide the features you use, and you may revoke them at any time on the third-party platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legitimate rights of others;
- Publish malware or phishing content, or attack, scan or abuse the Services’ resources;
- Deploy or distribute spam, fraudulent or otherwise harmful content;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services or other users’ normal use.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above.
Your Content
- You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display and transmit it only as necessary to provide the Services.
- You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to publish your content and that it does not violate these terms.
Service Provision & Changes
- Some Services may be in beta; we make no guarantees regarding their availability or continuity.
- We may modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the Services at any time, with advance notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Limitation of Liability
For any direct damages arising from the Services, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the event (zero in the case of free Services).
