Accounts & Authorization

• You register and sign in via third-party accounts such as GitHub. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Third-party permissions you grant us (such as GitHub repository access) are used solely to provide the features you use, and you may revoke them at any time on the third-party platform.

Acceptable Use

2. Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legitimate rights of others;

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Limitation of Liability

For any direct damages arising from the Services, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the event (zero in the case of free Services).

Changes & Governing Law

We may revise these terms from time to time; revised terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The interpretation of these terms and dispute resolution are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
